Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
Property Access
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit the Off Road Adventures website.
- There is one camera on the outside of the home: a doorbell camera facing the driveway. There are no other cameras on the outside of the home.
Policies and Rules
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- Dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $50 per night per pet. Maximum of two (2) mature, well-trained dogs only. Please do not allow pets on the furniture during your stay.
Fees and Payments
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests. There is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- Dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $50 per night per pet. Maximum of two (2) mature, well-trained dogs only.
Parking Information
- There is enough parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.).

- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

Additional Notes
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
- This property is locally managed by Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals of Boone NC. NCREC Lic. #29189.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

- While enjoying your stay at High Country Hideaway, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
- Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
- North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
- Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
- Vineyard: Food and Wine served
